CompletePatientSolutions.com offers services to residents of all US states except California, Kentucky, Florida, Nevada, and Utah.If a specific medication is not available for shipment to your area, the shopping cart will not allow you to complete your purchase. Upon doctor and pharmacy approval, your prescription is shipped from one of our group of network US located pharmacies, usually whicever is closest to your area.  International shipping is not available.  

All orders are shipped via UPS overnight delivery.  UPS 2-day delivery and priority overnight (early AM) may also be available in some areas.  Shipping charges are as $20.95 for 2 day, $23.95 for overnight, and $26.95 for priority overnight (when available).   Sorry, we no longer offer Saturday delivery.

If you will not be home to sign at the time of delivery, you can have your medications shipped to a UPS customer center, your place of employment, or an alternate address.  Shipping is not available to PO Boxes and we do not offer COD delivery at this time. 

Orders received before 2PM EST are usually shipped same-day, except in times of high volume order processing or due to circumstances beyond our control.  In the unlikely event your order is delayed, it will ship the next business day if all matters are resolved. In order to assure your medications ship the same0day you order them follow these easy tips:

1. Do not wait until the last minute.  Order as early as possible.  Most online pharmacies have a cutoff time in the early afternoon so waiting until the last minute and then calling every one you can is not a good idea. 

2. Order on after business hours.  Orders that come in after the usual close of business will be processed first thing the next morning.  This gives us more time to contact you the next day if there are any problems with your order and still have time to get your package out without delay.

3.  Carefully review all of your billing information. Customer errors in billing information is the #1 reason for any order delays. A few extra moments double checking your order info is worth the time.

4. Be available. Make sure you are reachable at the phone number on your order.  If we need to contact you about your order, this is the quickest and most effiicient way.
